Hi All,
The past few months have been punishing to say the least. The coronavirus has been spreading and the cases are increasing in Melbourne, which has made matters worse for the people. The lockdown and other restrictions have made it impossible to continue with the daily routine. The livelihood of several non-essential business owners has been at stake and thousands of people have lost their jobs. I am one of those people who have to suffer because of a pay cut. I work in a construction company, which has been witnessing declining sales, and have to bear the brunt of the situation. However, I have been unable to pay the rent for the last two months and have discussed my case with the landlord. He was considerate and asked me to sign a new agreement where the rent is reduced. I was still sceptical whether I would be able to pay the reduced amount or not. However, he told me about applying for the rent relief grant. I readily agreed and we created a new agreement and he got $2000 on my behalf into his account. I was relieved and understood that the new laws are actually advantageous. If you too want to know about these regulations, then take a look at the article shared below. https://www.bondcleaninginmelbourne.com.au/new-temporary-laws-to-protect-tenants-landlords-rights-during-covid-19/ George II (or George Cruickshank, if you insist on "mundane" titles) was a bright and articulate young child — qualities his parents had hoped would put him on the path to a promising career in politics.
"What they got instead was me deciding to create my own country in their backyard and raising the flag of Atlantium, and being acclaimed as its first — and so far only — head of state," Cruickshank quips. People have taken to social media sharing images of the snow-covered ranges. Today's snow event follows consecutive days of ice-cold temperatures with the town of Keith recording its lowest temperature on record yesterday. Keith, in the state's south-east, dipped to -4.7 degrees Celsius just before 5.15am — a record low for the town. It's a joke, of course – but it's also an attitude that is fundamental to the studio’s approach to hiring and retaining staff. The game development studio, which was founded in 2011 with flagship title Armello, is locally renowned for its commitment to staff retention and wellbeing.
